August 2006 to present Presently I am an IT Desktop Support Technician for EDS at BP Texas City refinery. Current assignment is Depot Manager/Desktop support. I set up inventory control and maintain a standard BP image on all machines, deploy new computers to clients in the refinery. Maintain paperwork to keep track. I do the hardware break/fixes on all Computers and Printers in Texas City BP refinery. August to present Desktop Support at B.P. Petroleum in Texas City. Scheduling maintained to ensure good service and to be within budget. Purchasing of Food and beverage products to maintain adequate levels. Managed a lunch operation to supply service to our guests. Hired and directed training of new employees to ensure adequate staffing levels. Reduced Labor cost by 20% to attain budget.
